1st Annual Charity Wine Tasting
Raising Glasses LLC presents REVITALIZE, a wine tasting benefit raising funds for Rainbow Housing. We are excited to announce our 1st Annual Charity Wine Tasting on Saturday, January 15th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Devil's Martini South in Old Town Scottsdale 4175 N Goldwater Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85281. We invite you and your friends, significant other, and any other acquaintances you may know that enjoy tasting new wines and meeting new people to please join us at this elegant and upscale location and support the Resident Programs and Services Division of Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation.
All proceeds raised at the 1st Annual REVITALIZE Charity Wine Tasting will go toward supporting the Rainbow Housing families and individuals in their efforts to improve their future by such means as obtaining their GED, rewriting their resumes, and assisting their children’s educational learning for improved grades. In essence, becoming empowered to enhance their self-sufficiency as a direct result of engaging in our programs and services and therefore, achieving their life goals and ending the cycle of poverty.

Each tasting consists of a 1.25 oz pour of five different wines for a total of 6.25 oz.. By law, only persons 21 years of age and older are permitted to consume alcohol.

1st Annual EmbRACE a Better Future 10K/5K – RESULTS
Thanks to our sponsors, donors, volunteers, participants, and supporters the 1st Annual EmbRACE a Better Future 10K/5K Run/Walk surpassed our expectations. We were warned that for a first race, not to expect more than a 100 participants; we had 149 register. We were advised to expect to lose money or at most break even on our first race; we raised over $5,000. We started this endeavor with zero volunteers and began our race day with 22 extremely helpful, hard-working, and indispensable volunteers. All participants were offered the amazing opportunity to partake in the services of four volunteer massage therapists. We offer our most sincere Thank You to all involved that made our inaugural event a success. All proceeds will be put to good use expanding our programs and services to connect those we serve to opportunities to become self-sufficient, end the cycle of poverty, and achieve their life goals.
